骨雕，以骨骼作为载体的雕刻艺术，骨雕的历史悠久，在1982年于陕西西乡县何家湾出土的骨雕人头像距今约6000多年，是目前我国发现现年代最早的骨雕作品，它为研究我国骨雕艺术提供了珍贵实物。骨雕人头像比较完整，五官位置比较准确，制作手法古朴、粗犷，神态憨厚庄重。
